amethyst73It's fargin' freezing here. Air temp is 26, and the wind is strong enough that there's a definite chill factor. The upstairs is cold because the master bedroom has spent roughly the last 18 hours with the windows open and a fan going to try to drive the paint smell out. (The heat upstairs is naturally off, as a result.)
My folks have those memory foam pillows on their bed (which I remade this AM). You know, the ones that get squishier with heat? When it's cold, they aren't *quite* as solid as bricks, but they feel significantly more dense than usual. Very strange sensation.
Another good reason to head back to California soon.
