amethyst73There is something to be said for really excellent cake. (I've been lucky enough to have pieces of two different excellent cakes in the space of the last day.)
But there's also something to be said for an honest, simple sandwich, made of whole grain bread and fresh fillings. 'Specially when it's past one's normal lunchtime. Yay!
