amethyst73Like many many other Librivox recordings, my solo project Dream Days is for sale on eBay! I am amused that one seller prices me at $12 (with something like $6 shipping), and has a credit to Librivox down at the bottom of his page... while the other one prices it at a whopping $1.99. Woo wee.
These audio recordings are in the public domain, so these folks are technically well within their rights to sell them. I don't mind, and I am amused. But if you're looking on eBay for audio recordings of books that are already PD... chances are reasonably good that someone is merely repackaging (and charging for) files that are totally free. Check the Librivox catalog!
