Finished Zelda: Twilight Princess!!!!!

Much thanks to the huz, without which I probably wouldn't have made it past the second stage of the battle.  But I did it in my very first try, with only 2 of my 3 fairies going off, even!

*thud* Tired now.  Almost a year and 94+ hours of play later, I should think so!

*wonders why the game gave her a ton of random supplies (like water bombs) that were completely useless in the final battle sequence*

Woot! Congratulations!

Re: supplies: my impression is that bomb drops are tailored to what you already have in your bomb bags. So if you have a full bag of bombs and a half-full bag of bomblings, you'll get bombling drops. But if you have a full bag of bombs and a half-full bag of water bombs, you'll get water bombs, even if your environment is completely unsuited for it. This clearly isn't 100% true-- it may not be true of chests, for example. But I think there is some connection, which produces slightly strange drops.

Actually, it was the chests in the castle treasure room that were giving me all the bombs and such. I know I was not totally full on regular bombs at the time; no recollection about my water bomb level. I also know that I wasn't totally full on pumpkin seeds for the slingshot at the time either. Your theory explains nicely why the heck one of the chests held - yep - pumpkin seeds.

I'm curious: did you or orichalcum find any use anywhere for the bomblings? As far as I could tell, there was no puzzle anywhere that required their use. I'm thinking they were included sheerly for the Ocarina fans.
